  • Is it Free Product Delivery within Malaysia & Singapore?
    Yes. We provide Free Product Delivery within West Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak, and Singapore.
  • When I will receive the order?
    We will send the delivery notification (Arrival date) to the customer by Whatsapp after the payment order is made and the artwork is confirmed.
  • How long will take to print and deliver the order?
    Customers can ask our service consultant when request a quotation.
  • How will my goods be delivered?
    All goods are delivered by our appointed courier to all states in Malaysia as below. Also got our owned fleet called – XEND, which currently distribute in Some area and continue expanding to other areas. WM : Skynet/Gdex/ XEND EM : Skynet/ABX
  • Do you provide rushed (overnight) delivery?
    We have an optional Rush Order service for selected products. Customer can pay extra to have their orders delivered to them earlier than the standard Required time.
  • Does KODE guarantee punctual delivery of my goods?
    While we are committed to the timely delivery of goods to all our customer, we cannot guarantee you 100% punctuality due to factors such as Acts of God, national emergencies and the efficiency of the courier service company.
  • What should I do if I don't receive my orders on time or if there's a mix up in my order?

  • What happen if my order is late?
    If you have not received your order within the specified delivery time, please feedback to us not later than 7 working days from the date of the specified delivery time. Our Customer Service department will review your complaint and work with you to meet your expectation.
